We are seeking a talented and motivated Scientist to join the Drug Substance (DS) Process Development team within Small Molecule CMC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing safe, scalable, and robust chemical manufacturing processes for innovative small-molecule drug candidates from early development through clinical stages. The Scientist will involve process development activities including route assessment, reaction optimization, impurity control, scale-up studies, process characterization, and technology transfer to manufacturing sites. This role requires strong technical expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and chemical process development, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary development environment.

Master degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
