Job General Description: The Data Scientist is responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced technology tools and applications for clinical trial, including the utilization of GenAI/LLM, AI/ML, and other cutting-edge technologies, to enhance processes and improve the efficiency and accuracy of clinical trial outcomes in support of data-driven decision-making, to increase productivity and throughput. Major Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the exploration and integration of GenAI/LLM, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies to enhance data innovation capabilities and derive meaningful insights from clinical trial data. 2. Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to our products as applicable. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 4. Contribute to the development of new products and features, from concept to launch. 5. Support and maintain existing AI systems, and optimize them for scalability and performance. 6. Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to improve product performance and user experience. 7. Develop and/or maintain automated tools. 8. Mentor and support less experienced engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

1. Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field. 2. Fluent in English both for verbal and written. 3. Proven experience in developing and implementing advanced models and algorithms using GenAI/LLM, AI/ML, and related technologies. 4. Familiarity with database management systems and data processing tools. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 6. Passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data science. 7. Experience with natural language processing, computer vision or other AI applications. 8. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn. 9. Proficient in programming language such as Python, R, C#, Java, SQL, JavaScript, etc. 10. Knowledge of prompting engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, AI Agent and other advanced AI techniques is a plus. 11. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus. 12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
