Develop cutting-edge generative AI and machine learning models for protein and biologics design, collaborating with computational and experimental scientists to accelerate biologics discovery. Develop and apply generative AI models for protein sequence and structure design. Build protein foundation models, geometric deep learning models, and structure-aware ML solutions. Analyze biological data, design evaluation frameworks, and optimize protein candidates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design-make-test-learn workflows. Contribute to scientific innovation through publications, patents, and scalable ML solutions.

M.S. or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Structural Biology, or related fields. Experience in generative AI, deep learning, protein modeling, or computational biology. Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch/JAX. Familiarity with protein sequence/structure data and modern ML techniques. Strong research, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
