As an Analyst in the China Japan Collaboration team, you’ll join a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to a variety of experiences across industries (Automotive, Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Insurance, Oil Gas & Chemical, TMT, etc.) disciplines, and geographies. You will work alongside industry-leading clients to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their strategy, productivity, performance, and long-term profitability. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and communicate your findings to senior leaders. As an Analyst in the China Japan Collaboration team, you are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy learning quickly to make an impact. You will be successful by demonstrating a breadth and depth of capabilities to take on a variety of business, technological and organizational challenges. Examples may include helping clients define their strategic direction based on analyzing structured and unstructured data; sensing market and technology trends to anticipate changes and make strategic choices; implementing new innovations and ventures; re-designing business capabilities; and architecting innovative operating models to drive organic growth. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross offering portfolio teams at Deloitte Consulting on end-to-end Digital, Analytics and Cloud transformations, to help some of the largest and most innovative organizations address their most complex and pressing business challenges, and deliver concrete results. We are looking for exceptional individuals from top tier schools to join us. Required qualifications include: • Outstanding track record of academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.5) with a continuous learning attitude • Have a strong grasp of structured problem-solving skills and analytical skills • Strong Interest in understanding emerging business models, industry trends and market dynamics • Have a basic understanding of emerging trends and technologies as they relate to strategy (e.g. Digital, AI, Data) • Demonstrated leadership skills making a positive social impact a bonus • Ability to collaborate in a team environment (extracurricular activities, internship experience, etc.) • Exceptional interpersonal, communications and presentation skills • Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, Mandarin and English.
