Strategy & Business Design Strategy & Business Design Offering practitioners work with executives to catalyze enterprise wide, strategy-led business transformations and help drive organic growth for these clients across customer insights, operating model changes, business design and advanced performance management, often around a digital transformation agenda. We work with executives to design and execute inorganic growth strategies through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliance, restructures and IPOs. We also help leaders drive deal execution, and realize value throughout the transaction and then create value post transaction. Work you’ll do: • Help clients define their strategic direction based on analyzing structured and unstructured data • Sense market and technology trends to anticipate changes and make strategic choices • Implement innovations and ventures; re-designing business capabilities • Architect new business model and operating models to drive organic and inorganic growth • Execute value creation through post-merger integration You are also expected to: • Build own understanding of our purpose and values; explore opportunities for impact • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent • Understand expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills • Understand how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business During your tenure as an analyst in S&BD, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness

• Outstanding track record of academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.5) with a continuous learning attitude • Have a strong grasp of structured problem-solving skills and analytical skills • Strong Interest in understanding emerging business models, industry trends and market dynamics • Have a basic understanding of emerging trends and technologies as they relate to strategy (e.g. Digital, Analytics, Cloud) • Demonstrated leadership skills making a positive social impact a bonus • Ability to collaborate in a team environment (extracurricular activities, internship experience, etc.) • Exceptional interpersonal, communications and presentation skills • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English; proficiency in any other international language is a bonus At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
