Work you’ll do: • Analyze business financials to improve client’s liquidity, credit availability, and shareholder’s return • Perform modeling and analysis to support strategic operational and financial improvement initiative • Apply high-level understanding of various insolvency/bankruptcy processes to draft progress reports, set up internal trading schedules/models, and deal with creditor claims and disputes • Anticipate emerging threats through the use of market-leading technology to uncover possibilities that others may fail to find • Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations to alleviate business concerns • Apply finance knowledge to effectively diagnose a crisis situation and/or help stabilize a client’s business • Manage own work in an ethical manner with a continuous attention to quality and risk rules, and confidentiality • Build models that are sophisticated, robust, and easily interpreted to inform insights You are also expected to: • Build own understanding of our purpose and values; explore opportunities for impact • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent • Understand expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills • Understand how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business During your tenure as an associate / analyst in RT&CT, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or related disciplines. • Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service • Ability to analyze business financials and operational metrics, and to apply industry benchmarks, to highlight possible drivers of performance or underperformance • Good sense of business, good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills • Willingness to travel At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
