We drive major transformation programs, by designing and delivering the future of the industry operations as well as driving the performance revolution. Shaping the change through delivery. We guide the Operations Leaders and the CxO´s transformation agenda to reshape Operations at the core. We apply deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our client's priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace digital agenda, optimize costs and maximize operational efficiency. We serve across multiple industries including Energy & Resources, Manufacturing, Life science, Health care, Automobile etc. • Participate in diverse consulting engagements spanning strategic planning, enterprise functional system design, AI planning & design, business innovation, system platform planning and etc. • Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data using standardized processes and tools to surface insights and support data-driven solutions • Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data using standardized processes and tools to surface insights and support data-driven solutions • Assist in preparing engagement deliverables, proposals, reports, and other client-required materials to ensure a superior client experience During your tenure as an analyst in Operations Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

• Diverse academic backgrounds are welcome, including but not limited to Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Chemistry, and other related disciplines • A proven passion for AI, technology, and digital tools, with basic knowledge or experience with data analysis using Python, R, SQL, SAS, or other relevant languages and frameworks as a plus • Proficient in advanced presentation and storyline development, modeling and financial analysis, and business writing; familiarity with other mainstream digital tools is a plus • Ability to make rational decisions based on data, facts, and logical reasoning • Willingness to work across multiple domains and practice areas, with an understanding of the diverse nature of consulting • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; highly motivated and self-driven; able to work efficiently under pressure and learn quickly • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, supported by extracurricular activities or internship experience, are a plus • Exceptional time management skills to meet responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English, with proficiency in other international languages as a bonus At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
