1. 协助产品开发负责人，参与新产品开发工作。 2. 参与光引擎的方案选型，协调内外资源推动完成光学仿真、工艺和结构设计。 3. 输出产品相关3D模型，物料图纸，光学和结构公差分析，工艺流程、贴装图纸及工艺管控计划。 4. 参与制样阶段工装、夹治具评估设计，推动完成工艺开发及可靠性验证。 5. 参与产品可靠性验证，分析及解决可靠性中出现的异常。 6. 参与产品全周期内技术问题分析及解决，提高良率、降低工时及成本。 7. 参与产品BOM、图纸及ECX相关制定、变更及Agile系统维护。 8. 推动物料级可靠性验证、参与制定来料及可靠性标准制定。 9. 协助实验室制样、NPI试产及转产工作，参与二供降本验证。 Responsibilities 1. Assist the product development lead in new product development initiatives. 2. Participate in optical engine solution selection; coordinate internal and external resources to complete optical simulation, process, and mechanical design. 3. Develop product-related 3D models, component drawings, optical and mechanical tolerance analyses, process flows, assembly drawings, and process control plans. 4. Participate in the evaluation and design of tooling, jigs, and fixtures during prototyping; drive process development and reliability validation. 5. Participate in product reliability validation; analyze and resolve anomalies found during reliability testing. 6. Support technical issue analysis and resolution throughout the product lifecycle to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and lower cost. 7. Participate in the creation, change control, and Agile PLM system maintenance of product BOMs, drawings, and ECX-related documents. 8. Drive component-level reliability validation; contribute to defining incoming-material and reliability standards. 9. Support lab prototyping, NPI trial production, and ramp-to-mass-production; participate in cost-reduction validation for secondary suppliers.

1. 硕士及以上学历，光学工程、光信息科学与技术、光通信、通信工程、电子信息技术等相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握 ZEMAX 等光学设计仿真软件，以及 SolidWorks、AutoCAD 等结构设计工具；了解 Lumerical、RSoft、HFSS、COMSOL 等光电器件/多物理场仿真工具者优先。 3. 具备光通信有源/无源器件、光引擎或光学系统相关知识，有光器件设计、光学仿真、封装或实验室课题/项目经验者优先。 4. 英语 CET-4 及以上，CET-6 优先；能阅读英文技术文献与产品规格书（datasheet），具备英文技术报告撰写能力者优先。 5. 逻辑清晰，具备良好的问题分析能力与学习、沟通、协作能力；动手能力强，工作踏实，责任心强，积极主动。 6. 能承受一定工作压力，能适应短期海外出差。 Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Optical Information Science and Technology, Optical Communication, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Technology, or related fields. 2. Proficient in optical design and simulation tools such as ZEMAX, and structural design tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD; familiarity with optoelectronic/multiphysics simulation tools (e.g., Lumerical, RSoft, HFSS, COMSOL) is a plus. 3. Solid knowledge of active/passive optical devices, optical engines, or optical systems; prior experience in optical device design, optical simulation, packaging, or relevant lab coursework/projects is preferred. 4. CET-4 or above (CET-6 preferred); able to read English technical literature and product datasheets; ability to write English technical reports is a plus. 5. Clear logical thinking with strong problem-solving, learning, communication, and teamwork skills; hands-on, diligent, responsible, and proactive. 6. Able to work under pressure and willing to take short-term overseas business trips when required.
