1. 在资深工程师指导下，参与产线制程巡检与首件确认，协助开展过程能力（CPK/SPC）数据的采集与监控，及时反馈过程波动与异常趋势。 2. 参与制程质量异常的围堵与处理，协助开展根因分析（5Why、鱼骨图等），跟进纠正与预防措施（CAPA、8D）的执行与有效性验证，推动问题闭环。 3. 协助编制与维护控制计划（Control Plan）、检验指导书（SIP）、PFMEA 等质量文件，参与文件的受控发行、回收与现场落实督导。 4. 参与新产品试产（NPI）阶段的质量验证，协助收集试产质量数据、整理验证报告，参与量产放行评审的资料准备。 5. 参与质量数据（DPPM、FTY 等）的统计与分析，协助推进精益生产与持续改善（CI）项目，跟踪改善措施的落实与效果确认。 6. 协助联动工艺、设备、生产、采购等部门，跟进来料异常与制程质量问题的改善对策落实，推动跨部门问题闭环。 7. 参与客户投诉与反馈的处理，协助开展原因调查与改善对策跟进，参与 8D 等改进报告的资料整理与编制。 Responsibilities 1. Under the guidance of senior engineers, participate in line process patrol inspections and first-article confirmation; assist in collecting and monitoring process capability data (CPK/SPC) and promptly report process variation and abnormal trends. 2. Participate in the containment and handling of process quality abnormalities; assist in root cause analysis (5Why, fishbone diagram, etc.); follow up on the implementation and effectiveness verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA, 8D) to drive issues to closure. 3. Assist in preparing and maintaining quality documents such as control plans, inspection instructions (SIP) and PFMEA; participate in controlled issuance, retrieval and shop-floor implementation follow-up of these documents. 4. Participate in quality validation during the new product introduction (NPI) phase; assist in collecting pilot-run quality data and compiling validation reports, and support the preparation of mass-production release review materials. 5. Participate in the statistical analysis of quality data (DPPM, FTY, etc.); assist in advancing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, and track the implementation and effectiveness of improvement actions. 6. Assist in coordinating with process, equipment, production and procurement functions to follow up on corrective actions for incoming material anomalies and process quality issues, driving cross-functional issue closure. 7. Participate in handling customer complaints and feedback; assist in cause investigation and corrective action follow-up, and support the compilation and preparation of 8D and other improvement reports.

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械、材料、电子、自动化、工业工程、质量管理等理工类相关专业。 2. 了解质量管理基础知识与常用工具（QC 七大手法、SPC、FMEA、8D 等），有相关课程学习或项目练习者优先。 3. 具备基本的数据整理与分析意识，熟练使用 Excel（数据透视表、图表制作）；了解 Minitab、JMP 等统计工具者优先。 4. 逻辑清晰、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力；能适应制造现场工作节奏，可接受轮班安排。 5. 英语 CET-4 及以上；具备基本的英文读写能力，能借助工具阅读英文检验标准与技术资料。 6. 有质量管理相关实习、实验室经历、6σ/精益改善竞赛或学生干部经历者优先；愿意长期深耕质量管理领域。 Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or other science and engineering disciplines. 2. Basic knowledge of quality management and common tools (Seven QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.); relevant coursework or project practice is preferred. 3. Basic data organization and analysis awareness; proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charting); familiarity with statistical tools such as Minitab or JMP is preferred. 4. Clear logic and a strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills; able to adapt to the pace of manufacturing shop-floor work; open to shift arrangements. 5. CET-4 or above; basic English reading and writing skills, able to read English inspection standards and technical materials with the aid of tools. 6. Quality management internship, laboratory experience, participation in Six Sigma or lean improvement competitions, or student leadership experience is preferred; long-term commitment to the field of quality management.
