1. 协助资深工程师完成产品模块结构方案的讨论、设计与优化，参与结构设计评审，提供基础设计思路与建议。 2. 负责运用CAD软件（SolidWorks、AutoCAD等）绘制产品零件图、装配图，确保图纸规范性、准确性，配合工艺部门完成图纸转化。 3. 协助跟进样品制作、试装及测试过程，记录问题并反馈，参与结构问题的分析与整改，形成相关技术文档。 4. 收集整理行业内同类产品结构设计资料，研究新技术、新材料在模块结构中的应用可行性，为产品迭代提供支撑。 5. 配合采购、生产等部门，提供结构设计相关技术支持，协助解决生产过程中的结构装配难题。 6. 完成部门交办的其他结构设计相关辅助工作，主动学习岗位所需专业技能，快速适应团队工作节奏。 Responsibilities 1. Assist senior engineers in the discussion, design, and optimization of structural solutions for product modules; participate in structural design reviews and contribute basic design ideas and suggestions. 2. Produce part drawings and assembly drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.), ensuring drawings are standardized and accurate; support the process engineering team in drawing conversion for manufacturing. 3. Assist in following up on sample fabrication, trial assembly, and testing; document and report issues; participate in the analysis and corrective actions for structural problems; produce relevant technical documentation. 4. Collect and organize structural design materials for comparable products in the industry; study the feasibility of applying new technologies and new materials to module structures to support product iteration. 5. Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments to provide structural design technical support and help resolve structural assembly issues during production. 6. Complete other structural-design support tasks assigned by the department; proactively build job-required professional skills and adapt quickly to the team's working pace.

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、材料成型及控制工程、光电信息、光学工程、精密仪器等相关专业。 2. 掌握机械设计基础理论、材料力学、工程制图等专业知识，了解结构设计基本原则与流程。 3. 熟练使用至少一种主流3D建模软件（SolidWorks优先）及2D绘图软件（AutoCAD），能独立完成基础图纸绘制。 4. 具备基本的工程思维，能理解结构设计与产品功能、工艺、成本的关联性。 5. 有相关设计实习经历、大学生创新项目或竞赛奖项，或有大型光通信企业实习经验者优先。 6. 英语 CET-4 及以上，CET-6 优先；具备良好听说读写能力，能阅读英文技术资料并开展基本技术交流。 7. 逻辑清晰，良好的结构化思维、沟通能力与团队协作精神；学习能力强，动手能力强，工作踏实；责任心强，积极主动；能配合紧急任务加班。 8. 能承受一定工作压力，能适应短期国内/海外出差。 Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Material Forming and Control Engineering, Optoelectronic Information, Optical Engineering, Precision Instruments, or related fields. 2. Solid grounding in mechanical design fundamentals, mechanics of materials, engineering drawing, and related knowledge; understanding of basic structural design principles and workflows. 3. Proficient in at least one mainstream 3D modeling software (SolidWorks preferred) and 2D drafting software (AutoCAD); able to independently produce basic drawings. 4. Basic engineering mindset; able to understand how structural design relates to product function, manufacturing process, and cost. 5. Relevant design internship, student innovation project, or competition award preferred; internship experience at a large optical communication company is a plus. 6. CET-4 or above (CET-6 preferred); good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to read English technical materials and conduct basic technical communication. 7. Clear logical thinking with structured thinking, good communication, and teamwork skills; fast learner, hands-on, diligent, responsible, and proactive; willing to work overtime for urgent tasks. 8. Able to work under pressure and willing to take short-term domestic/overseas business trips.
