1. 负责办公终端（台式机、笔记本、打印机、会议与视频设备、考勤门禁等）及常用办公软件的安装、配置、维护与故障处理，保障员工日常办公顺畅。 2. 协助维护公司局域网、无线网络、VPN 及核心网络设备（交换机、路由器、防火墙）的日常巡检、性能监控与故障排查，保障网络与业务系统可用。 3. 协助 Windows/Linux 服务器、虚拟化平台与存储设备的日常运维，参与系统补丁更新、数据备份与恢复演练、性能监控及容量管理。 4. 参与 ERP、MES、WMS、OA、PLM 等企业信息系统的日常运维与用户支持，受理并跟进 IT 服务请求（Service Desk），按 SLA 及时响应并闭环。 5. 参与业务部门需求调研与梳理，协助完成系统配置、报表开发、账号权限分配及基础二次开发、接口调试，推动信息化需求落地。 6. 参与公司信息安全体系建设与日常运营：账号与权限管理、终端防病毒与补丁管理、漏洞扫描与整改跟踪、日志审计与安全意识宣导，配合落实等级保护、ISO 27001 等合规要求。 7. 协助 IT 资产管理：设备台账与出入库登记、软硬件采购需求提报、供应商与维保协调，配合固定资产盘点与 IT 耗材管控。 8. 参与信息化项目的实施与上线：需求确认、系统测试（UAT）、数据迁移、用户培训，编写运维手册、操作指引与 FAQ，持续沉淀 IT 知识库。 9. 参与运维自动化脚本（Shell / Python / PowerShell）的编写与优化，探索 AI 工具在智能问答、报表自动化、办公提效等场景的应用；完成上级交办的其他工作。 Responsibilities 1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office endpoints (desktops, laptops, printers, conference and video equipment, access control and attendance devices) and common office software to ensure smooth daily operations for employees. 2. Assist in maintaining the corporate LAN, wireless network, VPN, and core network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) through routine inspections, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure network and business system availability. 3. Support daily operations of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems; participate in patch updates, data backup and recovery drills, performance monitoring, and capacity management. 4. Participate in the daily operation and user support of enterprise information systems (ERP, MES, WMS, OA, PLM); receive and follow up IT service requests (Service Desk) and respond within SLA to achieve closure. 5. Participate in business requirement gathering and analysis; assist with system configuration, report development, account and permission assignment, basic secondary development, and interface debugging to drive IT requirements into production. 6. Contribute to the development and daily operation of the information security system: account and permission management, endpoint antivirus and patch management, vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking, log auditing, and security awareness campaigns; support compliance with classified protection and ISO 27001 requirements. 7. Assist with IT asset management: equipment ledger and inbound/outbound registration, software and hardware procurement requests, supplier and maintenance coordination, and support for fixed-asset inventory and IT consumables control. 8. Participate in the implementation and rollout of information system projects: requirement confirmation, system testing (UAT), data migration, and user training; write operations manuals, user guides, and FAQs to continuously build the IT knowledge base. 9. Write and optimize operations automation scripts (Shell / Python / PowerShell); explore AI tool applications in intelligent Q&A, report automation, and office productivity; complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、信息安全、信息管理与信息系统、电子信息工程、自动化等相关专业。 2. 具备扎实的计算机基础：了解 Windows Server / Linux 操作系统、计算机网络（TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP、VLAN、VPN）及关系型数据库（SQL 增删改查、备份与还原）的基本原理。 3. 至少掌握一门编程语言（Python、Java、C#、Shell 等），能编写简单脚本或进行基础二次开发者优先。 4. 了解 ERP、MES、WMS、OA、PLM 等企业信息系统的基本业务逻辑，有企业信息化系统相关实习、课程设计或项目经历者优先。 5. 了解虚拟化（VMware、Hyper-V）、容器（Docker）及主流云服务（阿里云、华为云、Azure 等）基础概念者优先。 6. 英语 CET-4 及以上，CET-6 优先；能阅读英文技术文档与产品手册，具备基本的英文沟通能力。 7. 服务意识与责任心强，逻辑清晰，具备良好的故障排查思路与动手能力；沟通耐心，能向非技术同事清晰解释技术方案。 8. 对 AI、自动化运维等新技术保持好奇心与学习热情；有 IT 运维、Helpdesk 实习经历，或持有 CCNA、软考、华为 HCIA/HCIP、数据库等相关认证者优先；愿意长期深耕企业信息化方向。 Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Security, Information Management and Information Systems, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 2. Solid computing fundamentals: understanding of Windows Server / Linux operating systems, computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN), and relational databases (SQL CRUD, backup, and restore). 3. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, Shell, etc.); ability to write simple scripts or perform basic secondary development is preferred. 4. Understanding of the basic business logic of enterprise information systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, OA, and PLM; internship, course project, or project experience related to enterprise information systems is preferred. 5. Familiarity with basic concepts of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), containers (Docker), and mainstream cloud services (Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Azure, etc.) is a plus. 6. CET-4 or above (CET-6 preferred); able to read English technical documentation and product manuals with basic English communication skills. 7. Strong service mindset and sense of responsibility; clear logic with sound troubleshooting approach and hands-on capability; patient communicator able to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues. 8. Curiosity and passion for learning new technologies such as AI and automated operations; IT operations or helpdesk internship experience, or certifications such as CCNA, Software Professional Qualification, Huawei HCIA/HCIP, or database certifications are preferred; long-term commitment to the enterprise information technology field.
