The DMPK Department of BeOne Medicines is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the PK/PD modeling & simulation (M&S) group. The successful candidate will have strong background and expertise in PK/PD and ADME concept, and have hands-on experience on PK/PD M&S. The individual in this position will support pre-clinical project teams as a M&S expert, and provide PK/PD data analysis and M&S support to enable critical decision making. • Conduct QSP, mechanistic or semi-mechanistic PKPD modeling to understand the mechanism of action, facilitate molecular design and hypothesis testing, as well as build the correlation between PK and PD/efficacy • Predict maximum absorbable dose (MAD), human PK, and DDI with PBPK modeling • Explore drug ADME mechanistically with PBPK modeling • Apply PKPD modeling and PBPK modeling into human efficacious dose prediction • Collaborate with clinical pharmacology to provide a rationale for dose escalation and dose range in phase 1 studies • Evaluate novel in silico tools and methodology to improve human PK and dose prediction • Provide DMPK and PK/PD expertise and input into related documents such as Investigator Brochures, SOPs, study reports, manuscripts, summaries for regulatory authorities, INDs, NDAs and sNDAs • Other duties as assigned

A Ph.D. degree in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, or pharmaceutical Sciences with hands-on experience on PK/PD modeling is required
