• Conduct scientific literature reviews and analyze emerging research trends, disease biology, and therapeutic landscapes • Collaborate with colleagues from different functions for data review, analysis and interpretation to evaluate the impact on research directions/goals • Monitor program progress, proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies, and ensure cross function alignment and execution • Support and coordinate preclinical research programs from target evaluation through candidate selection and early development stages

• Ph.D. in a relevant life science field, post-doctoral or biotech/pharma experience in developing and conducting laboratory research is a plus • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with peers across multiple areas • Excellent analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills • Excellent scientific reporting, documentation proficiency and communication skills both in English and Chinese
