- Responsible for qualification of biochemical laboratory equipment and validation of biochemical analytical methods. - Responsible for product biochemical testing, including Binding ELISA and impurity testing (e.g., residual DNA, residual HCP, and residual Protein A), and ensuring timely completion of testing reports. - Responsible for biochemical testing related to stability studies and ensuring timely completion of testing reports. - Responsible for the management of reagents, consumables, and laboratory instruments in the biochemical laboratory. - Able to independently troubleshoot experimental issues and support investigations of deviations or abnormal events. - Able to independently prepare validation protocols, validation reports, analytical methods, and other technical documents. - Responsible for the management of critical reagents used in the biochemical laboratory. - Comply with company EHS policies and procedures, fulfill EHS-related responsibilities, and promptly report EHS incidents, hazards, and risks.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Good command of English and computer skills; CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or above. Positive, responsible, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Good teamwork, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
