Downstream Process Development is a critical function of biologics CMC activities. The goal of downstream process is to develop a set of purification procedures, which can capture, purify targeted drug API from cell culture broth and finally get drug substance. The purification procedure will utilize various bioseperation technology including different chromatography, membrance seperation, UF/DF and some specific skills, such as viral clearance. The process development work also involves scale up, tech transfer to commerical and support GMP manufacturing. It will offer knowledge and understanding of large molecule CMC work, Biochemical Engineering, GMP manufacturing, life cycle of drug and other speical skill, e.g. project management, etc. • 参与下游蛋白纯化工艺和ADC工艺开发、优化和表征实验等，并参与工艺放大实验、中试生产和工艺转移。 • 撰写相关技术方案与报告。 • 参与支持项目从CDMO或新药开发部门的技术转移，与技术转移同事密切配合，审阅相关文件，完成补充实验，并全方面顺利与生产对接。 • 负责下游实验室管理，设备仪器清洁维护，耗材原材料购买，实验室内相关区域的清洁和6S合规。 • 完成上级安排的其他工作。

• 熟悉下游蛋白分离纯化操作，包括层析柱装填、层析操作、深层过滤、超滤渗滤、AKTA方法编辑以及结果分析；ADC偶联与纯化。 • 能够遵循实验室程序并注重细节，并能够成功进行实验。 • 具有维护实验室执行记录和执行数据分析的能力。 • 英语阅读和书写水平良好，电脑基本操作技能良好。 积极敬业、主动进取、责任心强、正直向上。 • 有较强的组织协调能力、良好的团队精神、较强的分析和解决问题的能力。 • 具有良好的沟通表达能力。
