We are seeking a highly talented and motivated scientist with strong scientific background in Structural Biology for BeOne discovery pipelines. • Search literature independently and complete the therapeutic target proposal under supervision. • Based on project needs, design experiment under supervision and execute scientifically sound studies independently to answer the scientific question. • Under supervision, be research function group representative candidate, closely work with cross-functional team. Based on the project needs, with the deep understanding of the projects and strong scientific knowledge, make proposals for the x-ray crystallography and Cryo-EM studies, design and execute the key study to get clearly scientific conclusion to push forward the progress of program. • Support platform establishment when requested by providing scientific inputs through literature search and carry out the new assay for testing under supervision. • Under supervision, resolve the domain key issues. • Keep abreast of most updated scientific progress, present scientific data to internal audiences under supervision, or attend the domestic conference to present BeOne to professionals in the industry with the posters or abstracts under supervision.

• PhD Degree, major on Structural Biology or related. • Equipped with, including but not limited:  Hands-on experiences in recombinant protein production in various expression system, including E. coli, Insect cell and Mammalian cell.  An excellent knowledge on protein biochemistry and biophysics.  Hands-on experiences in protein-compound Cryo-EM projects  Hands-on experiences in Cryo-EM data collection and processing, structure determination and analysis.  Capability of providing insightful information of the protein-compound co-structure to speed up the drug-discovery process.  Crystallography experience is a value-add but not strictly required. • Having good sense &understanding of science. • Strong passion and exploration desire of science. • Having strong learning agility. • Excellent trouble shorting ability. • Good communication ability, capable of cross-functional teamwork. • Good English writing and Reading.
