岗位职责
1. Manage KOL/influencer partnerships
2. Manage social media channels (Instagram, YouTube), driving growth and engagement
3. Use AI tools to support and optimize day-to-day workflows, from reporting to campaign execution
4. Compile regular performance reports and data reviews, surfacing insights to support the team leader's decision-making
5. Provide cross-functional support across marketing campaigns and offline events
6. Identify and drive process improvements that increase team efficiency
任职要求
1. Experience with marketing experience preferred
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Working knowledge of AI usage, market research, surveys, and data analytics
4. Experience in planning and leading initiatives
5. Problem-solving skills
6. Fluent in Italian speaking and writing.
