Role Overview In this role, you will work at the forefront of AI innovation, evaluating emerging technologies and transforming cutting-edge research into scalable business solutions through rapid experimentation, technical validation, and real-world implementation. Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies, research breakthroughs, and industry trends to identify innovative opportunities for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities •Design and develop proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes to validate the feasibility and business value of frontier AI technologies. •Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions. •Conduct technical research, benchmarking, and experimentation across modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, AI agents, reasoning models, and related technologies. •Contribute to the end-to-end innovation lifecycle—from technology scouting and rapid prototyping to solution validation and production adoption. •Analyze emerging AI ecosystems and provide technical recommendations on technology selection, solution design, and implementation approaches. •Continuously learn and share knowledge on the latest AI advancements, contributing to the organization's AI innovation culture and technical excellence.

1. Bachelor degree or above with graduation between September 2026 and August 2027; 2. Preferred majors include Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or other closely related quantitative disciplines; 3. Strong academic foundation in modern artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a demonstrated passion for frontier AI technologies; 4. Hands-on experience through AI-related research, internships, open-source contributions, or personal projects involving LLMs, multimodal AI, AI agents, or related technologies; 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and apply them to real-world business challenges; 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment; 7. Experience building AI applications using modern AI frameworks and tools, such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, MCP, or similar technologies, is preferred; 8. Strong curiosity and passion for exploring emerging technologies, with a track record of self-driven learning and experimentation; 9. Publications at top-tier conferences, research experience, patents, outstanding academic achievements, or experience in AI competitions, hackathons, open-source communities, or research collaborations are preferred; 10.
