Work You'll Do • Support project team to define and implement enterprise, customer and operating model strategies, while measuring operation performance • Support project team to transform the “heart of the business” and advise clients on leading practices, standardized procedures and tools for global operation • Build models, policies, practices, and procedures for complex value chains • Support project team to advise clients on how to gain competitive advantage, grow their business and achieve cost and margin targets • As part of work stream to help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences by leveraging advanced analytics, digital, and cognitive technologies • As part of work stream on large-scale projects in a collaborative environment with client and Deloitte team members During your tenure as an analyst in Supply Chain & Network Operations, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

We are looking for exceptional individuals from top tier schools. Candidates should be undergraduate or postgraduate students graduating in 2026 or 2027. Required qualifications include: • Master or bachelor degrees in these or related areas of study (preferred, not a must): o Supply Chain o Operations Research o Logistics o Manufacturing o Engineering o Computer Science o Business Analytics and Information Management o Management and Data Science (e.g., machine learning, applied statistics) • Relevant internship or academic project experience in one or more of the following areas: (preferred, not a must): o Supply Chain Strategy o Supply Chain Analytics o Supply Chain Planning/Sales & Operation Planning o Sourcing & Procurement o Product Development o Product Commercialization o Logistics & Distribution o Lean Operations/Smart Manufacturing/Manufacturing Engineering) • Solid history of strong personal achievement in school and professional experience • Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • A proven passion for technology • Leadership and teamwork abilities • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • Flexible, creative, confident, and a fast learner • Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference • Proficient in MS Office • Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and verbal (mandatory) At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
