Responsible for embedded software design and development for optical module microcontrollers (MCUs). 2. Write, debug, and optimize driver and application code. 3. Implement core functions such as Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM/DOM) for optical modules. 4. Collaborate with the hardware team on system integration and functional testing to ensure stable product performance.

1. 硕士及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机、自动化、光电等相关专业。 2. 精通C语言，具备良好编码规范；了解 FreeRTOS、μC/OS 等 RTOS，以及 I2C/I3C、SPI、UART 等总线接口者优先。 3. 了解 CMIS/MSA 协议与光模块基本原理，能阅读 datasheet 与原理图，具备软硬件协同思维。 4. 具备扎实专业基础，学业成绩优良；有光模块/嵌入式课程设计、科研或实习经验者优先。 5. 对光通信技术有浓厚兴趣，乐于学习钻研新技术。 6. 英语 CET-4 及以上，CET-6 优先；具备基本的英文读写能力，能阅读英文检验标准与技术资料。具备良好团队协作、沟通能力与问题解决能力。 Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Optoelectronics, or related fields. 2. Proficient in C with good coding standards; knowledge of RTOS (FreeRTOS, μC/OS) and buses (I2C/I3C, SPI, UART) preferred. 3. Understanding of CMIS/MSA protocols and optical module fundamentals; able to read datasheets and schematics with hardware-software co-design thinking. 4. Solid academic foundation with strong grades; optical-module/embedded coursework, research, or internship experience preferred. 5. Strong interest in optical communication technology and eagerness to learn new technologies. 6.CET-4 or above (CET-6 preferred); basic English reading and writing skills, able to read English inspection standards and technical materials. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills; competition awards preferred.
