岗位职责

1. 参与无源器件(准直器、隔离器、环形器、三端口器件、WDM、光纤阵列 FA 等)新产品的光学设计与仿真,开展光学元器件设计、光路设计优化与耦合效率仿真优化。 2. 参与产品光特性公差分析与容差优化,撰写光学设计报告。 3. 协助开展光学物料选型、评估与验证,产出物料评估报告。 4. 开展光学验证实验与工艺技术方案设计、验证,支持新项目的产品与过程设计开发。 5. 跟进产品小批量试产至转量产过程,产出产品设计开发文件。 6. 参与既有产品的设计优化与问题分析,持续改善产品性能与良率。 7. 支持客户技术服务:参与客户技术方案交流、评审与支持,协助应对客户技术问题点。 8. 参与前瞻光学技术方案与测试方案预研(新型光学技术模拟与实验、新型测试方案可行性评估与导入),参与技术专利与论文提报。 9. 完成上级安排的其他事项。 Responsibilities 1. Participate in the optical design and simulation of new passive device products (collimators, isolators, circulators, three-port devices, WDM, fiber arrays (FA), etc.); perform optical component design, optical path optimization, and coupling-efficiency simulation and optimization. 2. Participate in product optical tolerance analysis and tolerance optimization; write optical design reports. 3. Support optical material/component selection, evaluation, and verification; produce material evaluation reports. 4. Conduct optical verification experiments and process/technical solution design and validation; support product and process design development for new projects. 5. Follow up on products from small-batch trial production through mass-production transition; produce product design and development documentation. 6. Participate in design optimization and problem analysis of existing products to continuously improve performance and yield. 7. Support customer technical service: participate in customer technical solution discussions, reviews, and support; assist in addressing customer technical issues. 8. Participate in pre-research of forward-looking optical and test solutions (simulation and experiments on new optical technologies, feasibility evaluation and introduction of new test methods); contribute to technical patent and paper submissions. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求

1. 硕士及以上学历,光学工程、光电信息科学与工程、物理学、应用物理、光通信等光电相关专业。 2. 熟悉物理光学、高斯光学与耦合理论,具备扎实的几何光学与光学设计基础。 3. 了解光通信器件原理及工艺技术,熟悉准直器、隔离器、环形器、三端口器件、WDM 等无源器件者优先。 4. 熟练使用 Zemax 等光学设计仿真软件,能开展光路仿真、耦合效率仿真与公差分析。 5. 了解光学设备运用与测试方法,具备基础的实验设计与数据分析能力。 6. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT),具备良好的技术文档编写能力。 7. 英语 CET-4 及以上,CET-6 优先;能阅读英文技术资料。 8. 具备较强的时间管理能力与学习能力,逻辑清晰,沟通表达良好,责任心强,能承受一定工作压力。 9. 有光学相关课题、实验室经历或光通信企业实习经验者优先;动手能力强,愿意长期深耕光电领域。 Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Optical Communication, or other optoelectronics-related fields. 2. Familiar with physical optics, Gaussian optics, and coupling theory, with a solid foundation in geometrical optics and optical design. 3. Understanding of the principles and process technologies of optical communication devices; familiarity with passive devices such as collimators, isolators, circulators, three-port devices, and WDM is preferred. 4. Proficient with optical design and simulation software such as Zemax; able to perform optical path simulation, coupling-efficiency simulation, and tolerance analysis. 5. Understanding of optical equipment operation and test methods, with basic experimental design and data analysis capabilities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good technical documentation skills. 7. CET-4 or above (CET-6 preferred); able to read English technical materials. 8. Strong time management and learning ability; clear logical thinking, good communication, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. 9. Optics-related coursework/projects, laboratory experience, or an internship at an optical communication company is preferred; strong hands-on ability and a long-term commitment to the photonics field.
