1. 负责公司自动化设备上位机运动控制程序设计与开发。 2. 根据设备设计方案及功能需求，完成软件设计、代码编写、调试及测试工作。 3. 负责现有设备软件程序的迭代优化，为设备运维、升级提供技术支持。 4. 编写软件开发文档、技术支持文档、设备使用说明书等各类技术资料。 5. 对设备使用部门开展操作及运维培训，保障设备顺利投产、稳定运行。 Responsibilities 1. Developed host-PC motion control software for industrial automation systems. 2. Complete software design, coding, debugging, and testing based on equipment design and functional requirements. 3. Iterate and optimize existing equipment software; provide technical support for operation, maintenance, and upgrades. 4. Write technical documents including development docs, support manuals, and equipment user guides. 5. Train equipment user departments on operation and maintenance to ensure smooth deployment and stable operation.

1. 硕士及以上学历，电子科学与技术、通信、计算机科学、自动化、软件等相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握 TestStand、C/C++、C#、Python 中的至少 1–2 种。 3. 熟悉 SQL Server 等数据库操作及 TCP/IP、GPIB 等网络通信模块开发；有自动化测试/上位机软件开发经验者优先。 4. 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题解决能力；工作细致，具备较强责任心与团队协作精神。 5. 英语 CET-4 及以上，CET-6 优先；具备良好英文技术资料阅读能力。 Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Electronic Science and Technology, Communications, Computer Science, Automation, Software, or related fields. 2. Proficient in LabVIEW development; skilled in at least 1–2 of TestStand, C/C++, C#, Python. 3. Familiar with databases (e.g., SQL Server) and network communication modules (TCP/IP, GPIB); automated-test/HMI development experience preferred. 4. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving; meticulous with responsibility and good teamwork. 5. CET-4 or above (CET-6 preferred); able to read English technical documentation.
