The candidate will be responsible for • syntheric route design / trouble shooting and efficient synthesis of assigned molecules to enable medchem multi-dimensional SAR investigations; • gradual learning on general medicinal chemistry / structure based drug design to enable effective medchem design balancing drug-like properties; • assisting chemistry leader on team wise synthetic trouble shooting; • potentially functioning as medchem representative for cross-function communications.

• PhD research on synthetic organic chemistry (preferably total synthesis of natural product); • track record on successful problem solving of synthetic issues; • logically clear with both big picture in mind and details oriented during problem solving; • good team player with collaborative attitude; • good learning agility for new stuffs; • ability for English communication and presentation
