We are seeking a highly self-motivated Ph.D. with solid scientific background, outstanding computational capabilities, strong logical thinking, and smooth communication etc. to help accelerate drug discovery projects. Main responsibility: 1. Support drug discovery projects at various stages from CADD perspective including but not limited to structure prediction, virtual screening, hit triage, rational design etc. 2. Apply state-of-art computational methods including physics-based and data-driven approaches to the most appropriate application scenario for each project. 3. Assist assay development by probe design etc. 4. Perform SAR analysis and provide optimization direction/suggestions to the project team. 5. Provide druggability assessment for drug target evaluation and participate in proposing new targets. 6. Work closely with medicinal chemists, biologists, data/AIDD scientists, and other functions.

1. PhD in CADD, computational chemistry/biology, medicinal chemistry or closely related area with strong track record of scientific publications including patents. 2. Expertise in using CADD/AIDD technologies such as molecular docking, MD simulation, free energy perturbation, structure prediction AI models, quantum mechanics, cheminformatics, etc. 3. Familiar with common software such as Schrodinger, MOE, etc 4. Good understanding of underlying methodologies as well as their pros and cons. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently and cooperatively. 6. Comfortable to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. 1. Experience with drug discovery projects and rational drug design. 2. Good understanding of biology or having related training. 3. Experience with scripting language or machine/deep learning techniques.
