Work you’ll do: Enterprise Risk & Transformation • Support organizations in solving complex business challenges through enterprise risk, governance and business transformation solutions. • Help clients strengthen decision-making, organizational resilience and operational effectiveness by combining risk insights with practical business solutions. AI Governance & Trustworthy AI • Support organizations in adopting AI responsibly by assessing AI governance, Trustworthy AI principles and AI-related business risks. • Assist clients in designing governance frameworks, internal controls and risk management approaches for AI-enabled business processes. AI-enabled Consulting & Data Analytics • Leverage AI, data analytics and intelligent research methodologies to generate business insights and enhance consulting delivery. • Apply AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve knowledge management, research efficiency and client value creation. Global Business & C2G Transformation • Support Chinese enterprises in expanding globally and multinational companies operating in China by addressing evolving regulatory, operational and strategic risks. • Participate in cross-border projects covering international expansion, regulatory compliance, operating model transformation and supply chain resilience. Third Party & Ecosystem Risk • Support organizations in managing risks across their business ecosystem, including suppliers, distributors, healthcare stakeholders, strategic partners and outsourced service providers. • Perform third-party risk assessments and help clients strengthen governance across their business ecosystem. Business Process & Operational Excellence • Perform business process assessments and develop practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, governance and organizational performance. • Support organizations in identifying opportunities to optimize processes, strengthen internal controls and improve business effectiveness. Industry Solutions • Gain exposure to projects across diverse industries, including Life Sciences & Healthcare, Automotive, Commercial Products and Energy, helping clients address industry-specific business challenges. • Develop industry knowledge while working alongside experienced practitioners to solve complex client issues.
