岗位职责
1. 负责测试方案与用例开发:制定高速光器件(COC、TOSA 等,100G/400G/800G 非相干与相干)或光模块(SFP、SFP+、QSFP、QSFP28、OSFP 等)的功能、性能及可靠性测试方案,编写标准化测试用例与测试流程文档。
2. 负责测试执行与数据记录:搭建标准化测试环境,使用光功率计、误码仪(BERT)、示波器、光谱仪、网络分析仪、积分球、耦合器、波长计等仪表,完成样品测试、量产抽检及高低温循环、湿热、振动等可靠性验证,精准记录数据并输出测试报告。
3. 负责自动化测试开发:支持工程阶段自动化测试软件与硬件的开发、调试及评估,推动测试上位机(LabVIEW/C#/Python)与脚本化测试落地,提升测试效率与覆盖率。
4. 负责问题定位与反馈:对测试中的功能异常、性能不达标、可靠性失效进行初步定位,协同研发与生产团队分析根因,跟踪整改并验证优化效果。
5. 负责测试流程优化:梳理现有测试流程,识别痛点并制定改进方案,提升测试效率、准确性与覆盖率;参与测试设备、夹具与工具选型调试。
6. 配合产品设计人员完成高速光器件 BDH、HTOL、ESD 及光模块老化等可靠性测试方案的评估、搭建与落地实施;评估、验证供应商提供的定制化夹具、测试与量产设备,并持续优化设备效能。
7. 负责文档与标准维护:维护测试相关行业标准(IEEE 802.3、OIF、MSA、Telcordia、IEC 等)、公司规范与作业指导书;完成测试数据、报告归档保障可追溯性;参与 PVT/NPI 阶段性能评测与评审。
Responsibilities
1. Test Plan & Case Development: Define functional, performance, and reliability test plans for high-speed optical devices (COC, TOSA, etc. at 100G/400G/800G, incoherent & coherent) or optical modules (SFP, SFP+, QSFP, QSFP28, OSFP, etc.); compile standardized test cases and procedures.
2. Test Execution & Data Recording: Set up standardized test environments; use optical power meters, BERT, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, integrating spheres, couplers, wavelength meters, etc. to perform sample testing, mass-production sampling, and reliability verification (high/low-temperature cycling, damp-heat, vibration); accurately record data and generate reports.
3. Automated Test Development: Support the development, debugging, and evaluation of automated test software and hardware in the engineering phase; promote PC-based (LabVIEW/C#/Python) and scripted testing to improve efficiency and coverage.
4. Problem Localization & Feedback: Perform preliminary localization of functional anomalies, out-of-spec performance, and reliability failures; collaborate with R&D and production on root-cause analysis; track corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
5. Test Process Optimization: Review existing test processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and coverage; participate in selection/debugging of test equipment, fixtures, and tools.
6. Work with product designers to evaluate, build, and implement reliability test plans (BDH, HTOL, ESD for optical devices; burn-in for modules); evaluate and verify supplier-provided customized fixtures, test and mass-production equipment, and continuously improve equipment performance.
7. Documentation & Standard Maintenance: Maintain industry standards (IEEE 802.3, OIF, MSA, Telcordia, IEC, etc.), company specs, and work instructions for testing; archive test data and reports for traceability; participate in PVT/NPI performance evaluation and reviews.
任职要求
2.了解光通信基础原理,熟悉光模块、光无源器件等常见产品的基本性能参数,有相关课程设计或实验室实践经历优先。
3.能配合完成产品功能验证、可靠性测试、验收测试等基础测试工作。
4.具备基础的文档编写能力,可在指导下撰写测试细则、测试用例、测试报告等技术文档。
5.工作严谨细心,有较强的学习意愿,能快速上手常用测试仪器,具备良好的团队协作与跨岗位沟通意识。
6.具备英文书写能力,CTE-4及以上,英文口语流利优先。
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in optics, electronic packaging, optoelectronic information, electronic information, communication engineering, machinery, materials, or related fields.
2. Understand the basic principles of optical communication, be familiar with the basic performance parameters of common products such as optical modules and optical passive components, and have relevant course design or laboratory practice experience is preferred.
3. Able to cooperate in completing basic testing tasks such as product function verification, reliability testing, and acceptance testing.
4. Possess basic document writing skills, and be able to write technical documents such as test specifications, test cases, test reports, etc. under guidance.
5. Rigorous and meticulous in work, with a strong willingness to learn, able to quickly master commonly used testing instruments, and possessing good teamwork and cross-position communication awareness.
6. Possess English writing ability, with CTE-4 or above, and fluency in spoken English is preferred.
