1、根据 PMC 生产计划，合理安排布置机台／生产线作业，保证按质，按量，按计划按工序组织生产。 2、负责光模块生产的人员、设备、材料的组织、调度、指挥，对生产过程出现的问题及时协调，异常及时上报； 3、主导车间成本管控，良率提升、效率提升、降低损耗计划，按照制定KPI完成各项指标； 4、建立和执行现场管理制度，推进7S现场管理制度； 5、审核产线报表、记录、单据等，确保记录和数据的及时、真实、可靠。 6、落实公司各项安全生产制度，开展安全检查及安全教育； 7、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。 Responsibilities 1. According to the PMC production plan, reasonably arrange and deploy machine/production line operations to ensure that production is organized according to quality, quantity, plan, and process. 2. Responsible for organizing, scheduling, and directing the personnel, equipment, and materials involved in the production of optical modules. Timely coordinate any issues that arise during the production process and report any abnormalities promptly; 3. Lead the workshop cost control, yield improvement, efficiency enhancement, and loss reduction plans, and achieve various indicators according to the established KPIs; 4. Establish and implement on-site management systems, and promote the 7S on-site management system; 5. Review production line reports, records, and documents to ensure that the records and data are timely, accurate, and reliable. 6. Implement various safety production systems of the company, conduct safety inspections and safety education; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

1.本科及以上学历，工业工程、管理科学与工程、机械、电子信息等理工科专业。 2.了解生产现场基本运作逻辑，具备较强的动手实践能力和主动学习意愿。 3.熟练使用常用办公软件，能独立完成生产数据统计、基础报表整理与简单分析工作。 4.具备良好的沟通协调能力，可对接生产、质量、设备等多个部门，准确上传下达工作信息。 5.责任心强，能接受从一线基层岗位轮岗起步，适应生产现场工作环境，具备基本的抗压能力和吃苦耐劳精神。 6.具备英文书写能力，CTE-4及以上，英文口语流利优先。 Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in industrial engineering, management science and engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic information or other science and engineering disciplines. 2. Understand the basic operational logic of the production site, possess strong hands-on practical ability, and have a strong willingness to learn proactively. 3. Proficient in using common office software, capable of independently completing production data statistics, basic report organization, and simple analysis tasks. 4. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, be able to interface with multiple departments such as production, quality, and equipment, and accurately convey work information up and down the chain. 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be willing to start from a grassroots position and undergo job rotations, adapt to the working environment on the production site, and possess basic stress resistance and a hardworking spirit. 6. Possess English writing ability, with CTE-4 or above, and fluency in spoken English is preferred.
