百济神州｜工艺研究员/Research Investigator, CMC Drug Substance(博士)

We are seeking a highly motivated Investigator to join the Solid State Development team within Drug Substance (DS) Development. The successful candidate will support the discovery, characterization, and selection of pharmaceutical solid forms, including polymorphs, salts, co-crystals, hydrates, and solvates, for innovative small-molecule drug candidates. The role will focus on solid form screening, crystallization process development, and solid-state characterization to enable efficient drug substance and drug product development. The position offers opportunities to work in a multidisciplinary CMC environment and contribute to the development of novel medicines from early development through clinical stages.

PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physical Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Crystallography, or a related discipline.
