Main Responsibility: • Be responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and optimization of biological data-related databases, ensuring data security, integrity, and high performance. • Using Statistics thinking to organize, store, and manage biological data generated in laboratories to support research and development needs. • Participate in the design and development of database solutions to enable efficient access and analysis of biological experimental data to ensure high data quality. • Assist in optimizing database performance, monitor database operations, and troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. • Write and maintain related SOP and technical documentation, while coordinating effectively with laboratory teams to improve data infrastructure. • Maintain the Data-upload functions and related software operations and provide technical support when needed. • Help the team stay informed about emerging trends in data storage and management and explore ways to enhance database applications in biological research scenarios.

• Master’s degree or above in Statistics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field. • Hands-on experience and strong interests with biological experimental procedures and a clear understanding of laboratory workflows and the mechanism and importance of experimental data generation. • Familiarity with R language/Python. Basic knowledge of database management and SQL language, or a strong interest in learning database query and management skills. • Strong logical thinking and learning ability, with the capacity to quickly adapt and solve technical issues. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to promote the integration of biological research and data management. • Excellent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to engage in technical discussions and collaborations with international teams is a plus. • An understanding of or strong interest in software maintenance and management. Practical experience is a plus. • Biological assays such as DMPK assays, cytotoxicity assays understanding and skills is a plus. • A foundation in programming languages such as Python, JAVA and data analysis skills is a plus. • Experience with cloud database platforms (e.g., AWS RDS, Alibaba Cloud) or related management experience is a plus.
