Role Overview This role focuses on AI application development and AI engineering, requiring strong proficiency in Python and data processing techniques, as well as hands-on experience in model training, data analysis, and software development. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and deployment of large language model (LLM) technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering, driving the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from development to production. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for end to end data processing and standardization development with Python, NumPy and Pandas • Independently complete code development, debugging and performance optimization • Lead AI model training and iteration work • Conduct data visualization and data analysis • Implement LLM based applications, covering RAG and prompt engineering • Use Git and Linux for development environment setup and version control • Hands on practice on model deployment and API development • Lightweight front end and back end development • Support engineering implementation and production deployment of AI algorithms and models

1. Bachelor degree or above with graduation between September 2026 and August 2027; 2. Proficient in Python, with good coding practices and debugging abilities; 3. Basic data processing skills using NumPy and Pandas; 4. Familiarity with common AI development frameworks and tools, with the ability to use at least one of PyTorch or TensorFlow; 5. Experience with data processing and visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn, along with basic knowledge of Linux and Git; 6. Understanding of large language models, RAG, and prompt engineering, with internship or competition experience; 7.
