Combining a variety of capability attributes, the team is able to leverage its strengths in different financial analysis scenarios to provide clients with comprehensive and efficient services. 德勤风驭是一支高度专业的咨询团队，同时具备审计、建模、数据和系统能力。作为世界四大会计师事务所之一，德勤拥有百年的审计及财务分析经验。德勤风驭以此为基础，在企业财务分析和舞弊识别领域深耕，并提出了动机分析导向的智能财报风险分析框架。 在建模方面，该团队自2014年以来为数百家金融机构提供服务，并与中科院、清华等高校合作，不断在人工智能、舆情分析领域显著成果。在数据与系统方面，德勤风驭在重庆GDC拥有70人以上的专业团队，为客户提供多元化数据和定制化系统开发服务，保障数据处理的完整性、准确性和及时性。综合多种能力属性，该团队能够在不同的财务分析场景下发挥优势，为客户提供全面、高效的服务。 Work You'll Do By joining Deloitte IBond, you will: • Assist product managers in financial intelligent analysis product development and operation, including but not limited to: financial analysis model development, system requirement design, data requirement design, industry or enterprise case analysis, data operation system design, product operation system design, etc. • Assist the project manager to complete the daily work of risk management consulting project and system implementation project, including but not limited to: business situation investigation, gap analysis report writing, data preparation plan and data cleaning, model building, business requirement analysis, system requirement design, system UAT testing, project schedule control, etc. • Assist the project manager to complete the project opportunity development work, including but not limited to: potential customer communication, road show materials production, customized program design and explanation, business materials writing, new and old customer visits, etc. 加入德勤风驭，您会： • 协助产品经理进行财务智能分析产品研发及运营工作，包括但不限于：财务分析模型研发、系统需求设计、数据需求设计、行业或企业案例分析、数据运营体系设计、产品运营体系设计等。 • 协助项目经理完成风险管理咨询项目及系统实施项目的日常工作，包括但不限于：业务情况调研、差距分析报告撰写、数据准备方案与数据清洗、模型搭建、业务需求分析、系统需求设计、系统UAT测试、项目进度管控等。 • 协助项目经理完成项目机会拓展工作，包括但不限于：潜在客户交流、路演材料制作、定制化方案设计及讲解、商务材料撰写、新老客户回访等。

• Major in accounting, financial management, financial Engineering, statistics, data science, computer, information management and information systems is preferred; • Proficient in accounting knowledge, experience in financial model building, or internship experience in audit financial consulting is preferred; • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, have certain typography ability and aesthetic; • Skilled use of Wind, flush and other databases, with quantitative modeling and data analysis capabilities; • Strong communication skills, serious work attitude, and strong sense of teamwork; • Dare to think and try at work, and have a strong interest in product development or consulting industry; • Mastering Python and SQL is a plus. • 会计、财务管理、金融工程、统计、数据科学、计算机、信息管理与信息系统等专业优先； • 熟练掌握财会知识，具有财务模型建设经验，或审计财务咨询实习经历优先； • 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint，有一定排版能力和审美； • 熟练运用Wind、同花顺等数据库，具备量化建模和数据分析能力； • 沟通能力强，工作态度认真，具有强烈的团队合作意识； • 在工作中敢于思考与尝试，对产品研发或咨询行业有较为浓厚的兴趣； • 掌握Python、SQL为加分项。 At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
