Our Major Services • Regulatory Advisory • Financial Risk Management • AI Governance and AI Risk Management • Data Governance • Regulatory Data and Reporting Work you’ll do: • Assist in financial services consulting engagements to produce high quality project deliverables as per the expected scope and timelines • Assist in applying domain knowledge to build business solutions for financial services clients, leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled tools, and support the team in solutions implementation • Assist in eminence building initiatives to strengthen Deloitte’s leading position in financial services consulting, e.g. participating in events, thought leadership, and publications on regulatory, risk, data, and AI topics • Assist in the continuous development and improvement of consulting tools and methodologies, including data-driven and AI-enabled solutions • Assist the team to build relationships with key financial services institutions, industry representative bodies, and regulatory bodies across mainland China, Hong Kong, and beyond • Participate in relationship building with the rest of the global Deloitte network through cross-firm engagements and business development opportunities, regional and international eminence activities, staff exchanges, and cross-border collaborations Benefit from cross-border opportunities across our mainland China and Hong Kong offices, working on engagements that span diverse regulatory environments and financial markets in Greater China You are also expected to: • Build own understanding of our purpose and values; explore opportunities for impact • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent • Understand expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills • Understand how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business During your tenure as an analyst, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, insurance, actuarial science, information systems, computer science, data science, computer engineering, or other related discipline is preferred Strong academic performance • Aspires to be a professional and demonstrates strong interest in financial services consulting • Demonstrates strong learning capability enthusiasm and studious • Demonstrates ability to comprehend and analyze complex issue in business context environment • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage for cross-border engagements across mainland China and Hong Kong • Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making skills • Strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks • Capable of working both independently and as a contributing team member • Advanced knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g. Python, SQL, Power BI) and emerging AI technologies is a plus At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
