Work you will do As an Analyst within our Human Capital Organization Transformation practice, you will support leading organizations in reimagining how work gets done in an AI-enabled world. You will work alongside experienced consultants to help clients navigate workforce transformation, redesign operating models, and build future-ready capabilities that integrate human and digital talent. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the intersection of people, technology, and business strategy, and who want to shape how organizations evolve in response to rapid advancements in AI and automation. Key responsibilities include: • Support the design and delivery of organization transformation and workforce strategy projects across industries • Conduct research and analysis on future-of-work trends, including AI adoption, automation, and emerging skills • Assist in developing organization and workforce transformation strategies, including job redesign, skills taxonomy, competency frameworks, target operating model design, organizational structure design, experience journey and business process design etc. • Contribute to organizational change management initiatives for large-scale transformations driven by digital, AI and other strategic agenda • Analyze workforce data (e.g., skills, productivity, capacity) to generate insights and inform strategic recommendations • Support the development of learning and upskilling programs, particularly in digital, data, and AI capabilities • Prepare client-ready deliverables including presentations, reports, and workshop materials • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate human capital considerations into broader business transformation efforts What You Will Learn • How leading organizations are deploying AI and automation to transform work, workforce, and workplaces • Practical approaches to workforce planning, skills-based organization design, and talent strategy • Change management methodologies to drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working • Exposure to senior client stakeholders and complex, large-scale transformation programs During your tenure as an analyst in Organization Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field • Demonstrated interest and experiences in the following areas: future of work, digital transformation, AI, organizational development, talent strategy, organizational change management • Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills • Self-driven and willingness to work under pressure • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, including consulting-style presentation, research findings and analyses • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data analytics tools or AI platforms is an advantage • Acceptance to business travel At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
