About the role We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our Banking and Capital Markets Technology Consulting team. As a Graduate Analyst, you will help leading financial institutions design and implement innovative technology solutions across fintech, digital assets, and AI-driven transformation programs. As a leader in delivering AI transformation for our clients, we have also transformed the way we work—embedding AI into how we develop solutions, deliver engagements, and serve our clients. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about using emerging technologies to solve real-world business challenges and shape the future of financial services. Key responsibilities • Support client projects by gathering and analyzing market trends, business insights, business requirements, documenting processes, and preparing presentations or reports. • Work with teams to explore and assess traditional and emerging technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI (GenAI). • Assist in technology project delivery — from solution research and requirement documentation to system testing and deployment coordination. • Help prepare client deliverables such as process flow diagrams, business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories. • Support in user acceptance testing related activities such as test case design, development and execution if needed • Participate in internal initiatives and research related to fintech, DLT/Tokenization trends, AI innovation, and new regulatory developments in banking and capital markets. • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions. During your tenure as an analyst in Financial Services Industry, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. • Able to create innovative solutions with AI to help us deliver better outcomes and solve complex Business problems for our clients • Strong interest in banking and capital markets and emerging financial technologies. • Foundational understanding or academic exposure to DLT/blockchain, AI/ML, or GenAI concepts. • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Effective communication, teamwork, and presentation skills. • Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies is an advantage. • Familiarity with visualization or collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Jira, Confluence) is a plus. Preferred attributes • Passion for fintech innovation and eagerness to learn how financial institutions adopt new technologies responsibly. • Curiosity about tokenization, digital assets, and AI-driven transformation in banking. • Willingness to take initiative, collaborate across teams, and think creatively about client challenges. • Internship or capstone project experience in technology, data, or financial services is an advantage.
