Work you will do Artificial Intelligence & Data team are committed to extracting value from data and AI solutions for our clients. We provide end-to-end strategy consulting to rapid implementation and to operation services. Our solutions include AI strategy, data strategy, cloud-based (Ali Cloud, Huawei Cloud, AWS) big data platform development, data/AI use cases design and implementation, AI enabled product design and implementation, and data driven business operation etc., • Produces a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team • Business transformation disruption and value driven services • As Functional Consultant, support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in advanced analytics and AI initiatives • As Technical Consultant, support the development of technology components and solutions in advanced analytics and AI initiatives • Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements • Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation • Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery • Help ensure the quality and acceptance of outputs through client validation and rigorous and proactive testing You are also expected to do: • Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact • Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development • Acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent • Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track • Focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills actively • Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business During your tenure as an analyst in Artificial Intelligence & Data, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

• Prefers major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering and other related majors • Basic knowledge of AI/LLM, Software Development Lifecycle with agile and traditional project management approaches • Basic knowledge or experience with data analysis with Python, R, SQL, SAS, or other languages / frameworks • Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; always takes the initiative, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to travel • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment (extracurricular activities, internship experience, etc.) will be a bonus • A fast learner and a strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English; proficiency in any other international language is a bonus • Cantonese speaking is preferable for Hong Kong applicants At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
