Sustainability & Climate practitioners advises organizations on sustainability and climate, and governance goals, strategy and implementation. We provide sustainability-led strategies, mitigation, economic analysis, financial models, and adaptation techniques. We share new climate opportunities, risks, and models, and partner with clients to help them demonstrate ability and improvement through governance, disclosure, anticipating and addressing regulations, engaging stakeholders to enhance the green branding. We also support client develop new initiatives on sustainable actions and provide the oversea market ESG advisory to identify new opportunities and to mitigate risks. Work you’ll do: • Support the senior team members to deliver sustainability and climate change services. • Support the senior team members to develop business development opportunities and write proposals. • Provide research on designated topics • Understand objectives for clients and Deloitte, align own work to objectives and sets personal priorities • Self-development by actively seeking opportunities for learning and growth. You are also expected to: • Build own understanding of our purpose and values; explore opportunities for impact • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent • Understand expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills • Understand how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business During your tenure as an analyst in S&C – S&BD, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness

• Bachelor's degree or above in science, engineering, energy, environment, economics or other relevant discipline.
