1、负责监控IE标准工时测定机制和循环更新机制，通过工时产出比对持续推动产品线提升运营效率。 2、负责通过生产数据分析，推动标准工时的合理化，生产良率的合理化。 3、协同人力资源部门建立产品线人员配置的标准规范，控制无效人力成本浪费。 4、改善专项的统筹牵引和主导落地。 5、分析现有生产工艺流程，识别瓶颈和浪费，提出改进方案（如流程重组、自动化升级）。 6、制定标准工时、生产节拍（TaktTime）及产能模型，确保资源合理分配。 7、推动效率提升项目（如OEE优化），达成生产效率目标。 Responsibilities 1.Responsible for monitoring IE standard time measurement and cyclic update mechanisms, continuously driving production line efficiency improvements through work-hour output benchmarking; 2. Conduct production data analysis to optimize standard time and yield rate rationalization; 3. Collaborate with HR to establish standardized staffing norms for production lines and control non-value-added labor costs; 4. Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives; 5.Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks/waste and propose improvements (e.g. process re-engineering, automation upgrades); 6. Establish standard time, TaktTime and capacity models to ensure optimal resource allocation; 7. Drive efficiency improvement projects (e.g. OEE optimization) to achieve production efficiency targets.

1、本科及以上学历，工业工程、工业工程与管理、管理科学与工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业等专业。 2、掌握基础的程序分析、动作研究、工时测定方法，能协助完成现场作业标准梳理。 3、会使用Office办公软件制作基础数据分析报表，能配合团队完成生产流程优化相关数据统计。 4、具备良好的现场观察能力和逻辑梳理能力，能深入生产一线跟进改善项目落地。 5、工作严谨细致，有较强的学习意愿和团队协作意识，能适配制造型企业的现场工作节奏。 6、具备英文书写能力，CTE-4及以上，英文口语流利优先。 Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in industrial engineering, industrial engineering and management, management science and engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, or related majors. 2. Master basic methods of program analysis, action research, and work hour measurement, and be able to assist in sorting out on-site operation standards. 3. Able to use Office software to create basic data analysis reports and collaborate with the team to complete data statistics related to production process optimization. 4. Possess excellent on-site observation and logical analysis skills, and be capable of following up and improving project implementation in the front line of production. 5. Rigorous and meticulous in work, with a strong willingness to learn and a sense of team collaboration, able to adapt to the on-site work pace of manufacturing enterprises. 6. Possess English writing ability, with CTE-4 or above, and fluency in spoken English is preferred.
