Requirement alignment and project initiation ‑Communicate closely with customers, decompose new product introduction requirements, and clarify product technical specifications, delivery lead‑time and cost requirements. ‑Lead project feasibility assessment, develop project plans covering R&D, NPI and mass‑production phases, define key milestones, and establish baselines for project budget and resource requirements. ‑Set up cross‑functional project teams, align resources from R&D, process, manufacturing, quality and procurement departments, and clarify role responsibilities and collaboration rules. 2. Project execution and cross‑department collaboration ‑Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, resolve bottlenecks in R&D prototyping, process validation and production preparation to keep the project on track. ‑Monitor material procurement and supplier delivery performance, lead reviews for DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and pilot runs, and drive fast issue closure. ‑Standardize engineering change (ECN/PCN) management, evaluate change impacts on cost, schedule and quality, inform internal and external stakeholders, and implement change solutions. 3. Project monitoring and risk management ‑Adopt a three‑dimensional control framework covering quality, cost and schedule, track real‑time project performance, analyze deviation causes and formulate corrective actions. ‑Identify full‑cycle project risks including technical, supply‑chain and delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, organize gate reviews, and report project status to management and customers. ‑Ensure project compliance with corporate quality system requirements, and lead sorting, review and archiving of project‑related documents. 4. Customer relationship management and communication ‑Regularly update customers on project progress, milestone achievements and risks; proactively collect and respond to customer feedback. ‑Lead handling of customer complaints and project issues, organize internal root‑cause analysis, deliver and implement solutions to maintain sound customer partnerships. ‑Take charge of project acceptance, coordinate product testing and delivery acceptance, and support commercial teams on contract performance matters.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Optics, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Design, Project Management or related disciplines. 2. Work experience: Prior NPI project management experience is preferred. 3. Professional competencies ‑Solid theoretical foundation in project management, proficient in project planning, risk control and cross‑functional coordination; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. ‑Familiar with manufacturing processes, quality standards and supply‑chain workflows; capable of identifying and resolving technical and coordination issues during project delivery. 4. Comprehensive competencies ‑Excellent multi‑party communication and coordination skills, capable of building consensus among customers, cross‑functional teams and suppliers. ‑Systematic problem‑solving capability, strong stress tolerance, able to handle unexpected events efficiently during project execution. 5.
