你会做什么： · 参与需求挖掘：围绕内容管理平台的真实使用场景，开展需求调研和用户洞察，梳理体验问题，明确产品迭代方向。 · 跟进产品方案：输出原型、PRD 等文档，跟进功能设计和迭代，把想法转化成可实现的产品方案。 · 协同项目落地：和设计、研发、测试等团队一起推进版本落地，参与测试、验收及上线后的效果复盘。 · 关注行业趋势：研究 AI、效率工具和内容类产品，为内容管理平台提出可执行的改进建议。

我们期待你是： · 对互联网产品、内容产品、企业服务或效率工具有兴趣，具备良好的用户意识，愿意从用户视角理解问题。 · 逻辑清晰，具备较好的沟通、协作与项目推进能力。 · 做事细致、有责任心，能够主动拆解问题并跟进闭环，能稳定实习并长期投入。 · 能熟练使用常用办公及协作工具。 · 具备基础的原型和文档表达能力。 如果你还会这些，将会大大加分： · 使用过或研究过 CMS、内容审核或数据后台类产品。 · 熟悉内容生产、编辑、审核、发布、权限配置等业务流程。 · 能使用 Figma、Axure、墨刀等原型工具。 What We're Building: Meitu is an AI-powered imaging company, and we're continuously building out our content management platform — the engine behind content production, editing, review, and publishing. If you're curious about AI, efficiency tools, and content products, this is a place full of real scenarios to explore, not just slide decks. What You'll Do: · Dig into real user needs: research how teams actually use the content management platform, spot experience gaps, and help define what we build next; · Shape product ideas into plans: create prototypes, write PRDs, and turn rough concepts into concrete, buildable feature specs; · Help ship: collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to move releases forward — from testing and acceptance to post-launch review; · Keep an eye on the landscape: research AI, efficiency tools, and content products, and bring back practical ideas we can act on. Who You Are: · You're genuinely interested in internet products — content products, enterprise services, or efficiency tools all count — and you naturally look at problems from the user's perspective; · You think clearly and communicate well, so collaborating with designers, engineers, and other teammates comes naturally and helps keep projects moving; · You own your work end to end — you break problems into small, clear steps and follow through until things actually ship. You're also able to commit to a stable, longer-term internship; · You're comfortable with standard office and collaboration tools; · You have basic prototyping and product documentation skills. Bonus Points: · You've used or researched CMS, content moderation, or data console products; · You understand content workflows like production, editing, review, publishing, and permission management; · You can use Figma, Axure, Modao, or similar prototyping tools.
