·      Bachelor degree or above preferably in Automobile, Industrial Design, Computer Science or related majors·      Microsoft programs: excellent PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.·      Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills ·      Excellent abilities in independent, self-organized work, and cross-functional collaboration, high degree of motivation, initiative and resilience ·      Knowledge of software development project management is a plus ·      Good language skill in English is a plus
