About Financial Services Transformation The FS Transformation Advisory team works closely with commercial banks, insurance companies, securities brokerages, investment groups and other financial institutions. We offer end-to-end solutions from strategy planning to implementation and help our clients embrace digitalisation and innovation, achieve stronger financial performance, improve operations, build corporate resilience and enhance core capabilities, so that they could successfully navigate the evolving macro-economic and regulatory landscapes and overcome the challenges of their own organisational reform. Our services include: • Corporate strategy and implementation • Business unit strategy and implementation • Oversea expansions of Chinese financial institutions, and China market entry of global financial groups • License application and regulated entities set-up • Digitalisation and information technology strategy and implementation • Customer insights and marketing advisory • Digital operations improvements and process reforms advisory • Digital channel and branch transformation • Business and organisational change management • Team development of business experts and digital talents • Cost transformation and performance improvement About the role: • Support the delivery of large-scale finance & accounting transformation engagements, from finance strategy and target operating model development through finance technology modernization and deployment • Assist in conducting benchmarking analysis, business case & roadmap development including functional process modeling, technology architecture design, governance structure & reporting design, organizational structure & service delivery design • Assist clients in determining how to optimise their financial and non-financial performance, including KPI definitions, the design of the corresponding data model, and the design of processes for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and analytics • Participate in finance technology-enabled modernization programmes to drive the finance modernization agenda, including multi-year programmes related to General Ledger and Reporting platform implementations

• Currently pursing a bachelor degree or above from a recognised university • Ideally majoring in accounting, finance, economics, banking, engineering and informatics • Demonstrate a solid understanding of finance operating models, processes and platforms/systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen business sense and insight • Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Written Chinese is preferred • High execution ability and strong teamwork awareness
