Production Process OptimizationAnalyze the existing production process and propose improvement suggestionsAssist in formulating optimization plans to improve production efficiency and qualityTrack the implementation of optimization plans to ensure the expected results are achievedData AnalysisCollect, organize, and analyze production data to identify potential optimization opportunitiesUse data analysis tools to provide data support for production decisionsRegularly write data reports to summarize production status and improvement directionsParticipation in Improvement ProjectParticipate in improvement projects on the production site, such as equipment upgrades and process improvementsAssist the project team in testing, commissioning, and verification workActively participate in team meetings to share project progress and solutions to problemsImplementation of Optimization PlansBe responsible for following up on the implementation of optimization plans and coordinating the work of relevant departmentsMonitor the implementation of improvement measures to ensure completion as plannedCollect feedback and adjust optimization plans in a timely mannerTeam AssistanceAssist team members in completing daily work tasks, such as document organization and report writingParticipate in team training and learning activities to enhance your own abilitiesEducation/ Professional experience:·      Bachelor college or above·      Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit·      Have a strong interest in production optimization and strong learning ability·      Possess good data analysis skills and be proficient in using office software·      Be able to work at least 3 days a week and can intern for more than 4 months continuouslyLanguage skills:·      Fluent in English, German is a plus
