/Your ResponsibilitiesTechnical key words  Project management support; Resource coordination; Administrative Support  •      Support on project resource planning and expense tracking•      Manage access to share folder and project confluence pages•      Schedule project meetings, workshops and conferences•      Retrieve documents and distribute in team•      Manage on-/off-boarding of external resources, e.g. obtain/return PKI card and equipment, create/deactivate accounts•      Other duties assigned by supervisor

/Required Qualification:•      University Degree in Computer science/Finance/Automotive/EE•      Good communication skill•      PC knowledge: office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)•      Languages: fluent both written and spoken Chinese and English.
