以科研绑定核心客户，助力业务长期发展： 1、KOL维护与拓展：包括但不限于定期线下或线上拜访KOL，科研方案设计，标书或基金撰写/修改，科研或产品科室会宣讲，以及其他与产品相关的科研支持 2、多中心科研项目推动，包括总部项目的协助及本区域内项目的设计及管理； 3、促成核心产品的科研成果转化，协助KOL修改、撰写并发表相关文章； 4、市场支持：配合市场部参与学术活动和技术支持 5、收集前端客户对于产品的需求和意见，为研发产品优化提供建议 Bind core customers with scientific research to facilitate long-term business development: 1. KOL maintenance and expansion: Including but not limited to regular offline or online visits to KOLs, scientific research program design, proposal or fund writing/modification, scientific research or product department meetings promotion, and other scientific research support related to products. 2. Promote multi-center research projects, including assistance with headquarters projects and the design and management of projects within this region. 3. Facilitate the transformation of scientific research results for core products, assist KOLs in revising, writing, and publishing relevant articles. 4. Market support: Cooperate with the marketing department to participate in academic activities and provide technical support. 5. Collect front-end customers' demands and opinions on products, and provide suggestions for product optimization in R&D.

1、具备良好的业务拓展、沟通协调能力； 2、具备高度的敬业精神、团队意识和抗压力； 3、考虑问题有一定高度，有一定的洞察力，较强的推动、解决问题能力； 4、熟悉我国医疗机构基本情况，有医学、临床项目合作经验者为佳。 1. Possesses good business development and communication coordination skills; 2. Has a high degree of dedication, team awareness, and stress resistance; 3. Can consider issues with a certain level of insight and has strong ability to promote and solve problems; 4. Is familiar with the basic situation of medical institutions in China, and those with experience in medical or clinical project cooperation are preferred.
