职位介绍： 作为联盟开发实习生，您的主要职责是支持联盟发展团队，帮助识别、评估和开发能够为上海迪士尼度假区带来财务和营销影响的战略合作机会。 工作内容： 开展市场调研并生成行业分析报告，包括趋势分析、竞争对手基准分析及客户洞察等 了解企业联盟的商业模式，协助开发业务发展战略框架、提案材料以及其他战略/商业相关文件 分析财务数据，并建立基础的财务评估模型以支持决策制定 根据需求支持客户会议、内部工作坊以及其他行政类工作 我们希望您： 拥有创造性和创新思维，热衷于提出新想法并解决问题 能够同时管理多个项目，并保持对细节的关注 具备优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，能够胜任对内和对外的沟通工作 ·        精通英文和中文 ·        优先考虑 MBA 或商学院背景 熟练使用 PowerPoint 和 Excel ·        每周至少 3 天在岗 Job Summary: As an Alliance Development Intern, your primary responsibility is to support the Alliance Development team in identifying, evaluating, and developing strategic partnership opportunities for Shanghai Disney Resort that drive financial and marketing impact.   Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and generate industry analysis reports, including trends, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights etc. Understand the Corporate Alliances (CA) business model and assist in developing frameworks for business development strategies, pitch decks, and other strategic/business materials. Analyze financials and build basic financial evaluation models to support decision-making. Provide ad hoc support for client meetings, internal workshops, and administrative tasks as needed.   Desired Qualifications: ·        Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for proposing new ideas and problem-solving ·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in English and Mandarin Preferred MBA or Business School candidates Proficiency in PowerPoint and spreadsheets Minimum 3 days per week on-site same as above
