/Your Responsibilities： • Project coordination & support, incl assisting in tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones, organizing meetings and following up on action items • Documentation & reporting, incl assisting in preparing presentations and status reports for leadership, as well as maintaining project documentation, incl technical requirements, business trip reimbursement, and etc • Support function management and software release management • Digitalization of project data and dashboarding, support CEA database synchronization and maintenance • Team activity organization including team meeting, project weekly meeting, other workshop organization etc

/Required Qualification： • Bachelor degree or above, registered student of Computing Science/ Software Engineering/ / Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering/ Vehicle Engineering or similar major, with strong intention to develop career into Software or Electrical Development Management area; work onsite 6 months and be available 4-5 days a week • Experience in the automotive industry or other top/foreign companies • Excellent language skills in English, German is a plus • Ability to grasp and document complex technical concepts, be familiar with MS office package, Jira/Confluence/Other dashboard or data analysis tools as plus • Strong sense of ownership and communication skills for cross-functional work with peers, willing to learn and work under pressure with meticulous attention on details
