/Your Responsibilities: Support the team with project preparation in interior, exterior, metal, powertrain parts, etc. Track different sourcing status and integrate project schedule weekly. Summarize data as well as update project database and supplier nomination regularly. Arrange staff meeting, summary meeting minutes. Other administrative tasks such as reimbursement, etc.

/Required Qualification: Available to intern for at least 6 months. Currently enrolled undergraduate or master's student majoring in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related Business fields(Engineering background preferred). Excellent English skills (German language skills as a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Especially PowerPoint and Excel). Team working spirit, strong motivation, initiative and resilience. Good communication and coordination skills.
