Key tasks:1.Data Protection Topics related: 80%Organize meetings and follow-ups to discuss data protection matters with departments such as R&D, Legal, and IT.Assist in completing the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) chart and the Record of Processing Activities (RoAP).Support the drafting of reports, presentations, and charts related to data protection topics.Support in mapping and analyzing data flows within and outside the organization.Conduct research on data protection regulations, national standards, and best practices within the automotive industry.2.Other Topics: 20%External resource management: assist with on- & offboarding of external consultants throughout the whole process.Department ad-hoc tasks, e.g., presentations, operational tasks, team activities organization etc.Qualification and skills:Major in law.Fluent in English.Have internship experience in data protection or compliance.Ability of speaking Germany would be a plus.Join us and become a part of the Volkswagen Family - We are looking forward to welcome you on board!Please send your CV (English and Chinese) to: jingke.ma@volkswagen-tech.com with subject “applicant name – university – applied position"
