岗位职责
1. 开展空间转录组数据、单细胞转录组数据数据。
2. 协助单细胞转录组和空间转录组实验。
3. 参与病毒相关研究方向的调研，写作及投稿。
1. Conduct spatial transcriptomics data and single-cell transcriptomics data analysis.
2. Assist with single-cell transcriptomics and spatial transcriptomics experiments.
3. Participate in literature review, writing, and submission for research directions related to virus studies.
任职要求
1. 对病原微生物，分子进化和生态群落等研究感兴趣，自主学习能力强；
2. 有较强的计算机编程、基因组学或生物信息学基础；
3. 具有良好的文献调研和阅读能力，逻辑性好，可独立围绕一个主题调研形成总结或综述；
4. 英语优秀者和有项目经验者优先。
1. Interested in research on pathogenic microorganisms, molecular evolution, and ecological communities, with strong self-learning ability;
2. Has a strong foundation in computer programming, genomics, or bioinformatics;
3. Possesses good skills in literature research and reading, with strong logical thinking, and can independently conduct research on a topic to form summaries or reviews;
4. Preference for those with excellent English skills and project experience.
