About Accounting and Payroll Outsourcing Services The Accounting and Payroll Outsourcing Services team provides bookkeeping, payroll and payment process services to multi-national clients and local companies from a wide variety of industries.  We work closely with both finance and human resources teams of our clients and provide comprehensive support on accounting and financial reporting, payroll and human resource management, payment processing management and interim accounting personal support, etc.   Job description and responsibilities  You will work with highly experienced colleagues who are keen to share their knowledge and will have the opportunity to work on diverse and complex projects for your self-development. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handle bookkeeping and maintain full set of books and accounts of various companies Prepare management accounts and breakdowns and other reconciliation schedules Prepare cash flow statements and consolidation schedules Handle payroll processing, MPF / ORSO / statutory entitlement related calculations and administration; prepare payroll registers, payslips, MPF/ ORSO remittance statements, payroll journals and reports Prepare employer’s returns and notifications Prepare payment instructions (including auto-pay, cheques and telegraphic transfers) Handle special projects such as accounting and payroll advisory work Reporting structure and key relationships: Reporting to: Tax Manager

Major in accounting, finance & economics would be an advantage Self-motivated, willing to learn and responsible Fluent in Cantonese, and good command of written and spoken English Good time management skills, positive attitude and capable of working under pressure Detail-minded and well-organized Good communication and inter-personal skills Strong PC skills in MS Word and Excel We offer comprehensive business and technical training as well as an excellent environment for career development.
